In this session, Professor Adriane Nada, MS, LMFT, LPCC, and Adam Dodge (J.D., Digital Safety) explore the impact of technology on the wellbeing and relationships of teens; demystify how to be tech-savvy in this work and approaches to addressing these challenges.
At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:
(1) Explain the current landscape of online and tech-enabled abuse targeting teens,
(2) Provide tech-savvy guidance specific to parents and teens, and
(3) Adapt their existing therapeutic approaches along side these new tech-savvy skills.

This course meets the qualifications for 1.5 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
