I have been working in private practice for 17 years. I work with children, teens and adults. I also have been working closely with the military since I moved my practice to San Clemente in 2007.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness with the adults I work with and also utilize Play Therapy with the children that I see. I am passionate about helping my clients overcome anxiety and depression with the cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness that have been proven to work.
