I work with individual adults, teens, and preteens who want to understand themselves better, desire improvement in the quality of their relationships, repeat unhealthy and unsatisfying patterns, are looking to navigate a current life transition, or feel stuck. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I had a corporate career in a highly competitive environment, therefore I am intimately aware of the challenges, stressors, and personalities which often trigger issues that hinder individuals from achieving their highest potential.

My primary role is to help you tap into your own ability and strength. I genuinely enjoy building an authentic honest relationship with my clients. My goal is for you to feel heard, seen, understood and valued. I will make connections for you to assist in gaining a deeper awareness of yourself, your wounds, and current behavior.
